I listened to the episode about finding balance to refill your leadership cup and it really resonated for me the importance of walking the talk; if we are always telling our teams the importance of balance and self care, but we are not taking our own advice, something feels out of integrity! I didn't even think about using the automatic send time function on emails, it was a really great reminder to use the tools available to us to stay in alignment and on track. Integrity is everything!
